Girls Varsity Cross Country
*Cross Country will hold its first Cross Country Practice on Monday February 15 at 3pm
- Athletes should be dressed for weather. That includes a hat or ear warmer headband, a base layer of long sleeves and leggings or warm up pants of some kind.
- Athletes should have completed an on-line Covid mitigation checklist (they will receive an email each day with a link). Details are in Schoology team page.
- Athletes should bring a 32 oz water bottle and be prepared to run
- Athletes should wear a mask; mask to remain on until they can maintain 10 foot separation
- Athletes will remain outside for the duration of the practice
