BASEBALL TRYOUT NEWS 22

**Baseball TRYOUTS begin on Tuesday February 22 and should run all week.  Team assignments and cuts will be made by the end of the week.

Tryouts are scheduled for Algonkian Elementary gym due to anticipated poor weather/wet fields.  We will announce changes if they occur.

Enter the gym from the side doors (looking at front of Algonkian Elem, the gym is on the right of the building).

Grades 11&12    4:20pm-6pm get there ASAP after school!

Grades 9&10      6pm-730pm even though we won’t start before 6pm, be there a little early in order to get started right away.

**Sorry, no spectators, only students trying out will be permitted inside. 

**Observe whatever LCPS mask regulations are in place.  Currently, athletes participating in drills may take off masking, but if not in a drill mask should be worn.

Please enter and exit on gym side of building  

ALWAYS HAVE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR PRACTICE GEAR JUST IN CASE.  Keep in mind that we have access to parking lots for long toss and potentially work on grass.  Dress in layers for outdoor practices.  Don’t bring anything you don’t need (wallets, musical instruments, school backpacks).

SPRING TRYOUT NEWS

**Most spring sports will begin tryouts on Monday February 21 **

(Baseball and Track/Field begin on Tuesday February 22)

All participants report for practice regardless of year or experience unless otherwise noted

ALWAYS HAVE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR PRACTICE GEAR JUST IN CASE.  Dress in layers for outdoor practices.  Don’t bring anything you don’t need (wallets, musical instruments, school backpacks)
